Ingredients
- 12 oz. Fresh Cranberries
- 3/4 C. Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 C. Red Wine
- 3 Strips Orange Zest (no pith), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. Fennel Seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a med. pot. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally till berries have split, 6-8 min. Remove from heat & let cool. Transfer to an airtight container& refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Serve at room temperature.
