Ingredients

  • 5 C. crushed fresh peaches
  • 7 C. sugar
  • 1-20oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1-6oz box strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine peaches, sugar, and crushed pineapple. Bring to boil
2. Cook gently for 15 mins
3. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Continue to cook gently and ladle into jars and seal

Note: if peaches are really juicy, may have to add 3oz box of Jello

Makes about 12-13 1/2 pint jars.
