Hot Artichoke Dip

This warm and bubbly Hot Artichoke Dip is best served with cracker, tortilla chips, and your favorite family and friends. This recipe is a great way to start any holiday gathering or can be easily enjoyed with an ice cold beer on game day. This dip is easy to make and can be made up to 1 day ahead of time and feeds a hungry crowd.

- 2 (14-ounce) jars of marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or hot sauce of your choice

Step 1
Finely chop artichoke hearts. Place in a bowl and stir in Parmesan, mayonnaise sour cream, and Tabasco. Spread out into a 4-cup baking dish. Bake at 300°F until brown and bubbly on top for about 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking.
