Maple - Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

A delicious, sweet marinade using maple syrup. Great on chicken or pork tenderloin.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, sesame oil, garlic, pepper and maple syrup. Place pork in shallow dish or plastic bag and cover with marinade. Marinade overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat
Remove pork from marinade and set aside. Transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer on the stove over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Grill pork, basting with reserved marinade.
