Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the fillets with salt and ground black pepper.
In a bowl combine minced fresh ginger, garlic, chopped parsley and the grated zest of the lemon. Add the sesame oil and squeeze in the lemon juice. Stir to mix all the ingredients together.
Place the salmon into a zip lock bag and pour in the marinade.
Seal and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or longer.
Bake the salmon with the marinade at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until completely cooked.
