Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 pepper
  • 2 tbs honey

Step 1

1. Place pork tenderloin in a food storage container with soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place marinated tenderloin on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and drizzle marinate over top.

3. Bake 15 minutes, reduce oven temp to 350 degrees. Take tenderloin out of oven and cover with the honey. Bake an additional 10-12 minute, or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Let rest under foil for 10 minutes before slicing to serve
