Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 lb.boneless skinless chicken breast cut in 1 " pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 4 t. chili powder
- 2 t. Cumin, ground
- 1 t. Garlic powder
- 1/2 C. Dry red wine
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed.
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes , undrained
- 1 can (15 onces) great northern beans, undrained
- 1 can (8 3/4) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 t. salt

Step 1
1. Heat oilk in large skillet aon medium-high heat. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 7 to 8 minutes or
browned.
2. Heat small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 mir powder, cumin and garlic; toast 30 seconds oruntil stirring constantly. Add chicken mixture.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
