Ingredients
- 3 cups zucchini, grated
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 squares chocolate, melted
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat sugar, add eggs one at a time, add melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Fold in zucchini, nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour in 350F oven.
