Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 6 1/2 oz cans chopped clams, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red chile flakes
- 2/3 cup reserved clam juice
- 8 ounces dried angel hair pasta , cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute garlic and clams in unsalted butter
2. Add oregano, chile flakes, and reserved clam juice. Simmer till flavors combine.
3. Add cream, simmer again.
4. Toss with angel hair pasta, add parmesan cheese and top with chopped parsley.
