Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 lb bacon (3-4 slices)
- 1 cup shredded sweet potato (use about 1 potato)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- salt & pepper to taste;

Preparation
Step 1
(1) In a large frying pan, cook bacon until almost crisp. Remove bacon and chop into pieces when cooled.
(2) In a large bowl, combine bacon with turkey, sweet potato, onion, egg, cinnamon, salt & pepper. Form into 6-8 patties.
(3) Cook in bacon fat...that you just used (or coconut oil) for 5-7 minutes per side; or until cooked through.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, with wheat buns, wheat tortillas.
