- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 4 oz velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper. Whisk together over low heat. Stir until smooth and bubbly, remove from heat and stir in milk. Put back on burner, beat until boils stirring constantly for 1 minute. Take off heat and add cheese.
Toast bread, put turkey over bread and cover with bacon then cheese mixture.
