This is a straightforward recipe for beef jerky marinated in Worcestershire and A1 steak sauce, then dried in a dehydrator for six hours.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef roast, thinly sliced to 1/8 to 1/4 inch
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
