- Shrimp in Garlic Sauce
- (Serves 4 people)
- Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Dry Red Pepper Seeds (to taste)
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of Red Devil hot sauce
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tablespoon of paprika

Step 1
Directions
1) In a wide, shallow sauté pan over high heat, warm the Olive Oil and minced garlic until the garlic is golden
2) Add shrimp with salt and crushed spicy red pepper to taste.
3) Stir frequently.
4) Cook shrimp until it is pink in color.
5) Add hot sauce. After 2 minutes, add paprika.
6) Stir again and transfer to warm serving dish.
