Garbanzos con Chorizo

  • 1/2 Cup EVOO
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped
  • 1 Medium Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Petite Dices Tomatoes
  • 3 Cups or 2 19 Oz Cans Chick Peas Drained
  • 4 Chorizos Finelly Chopped
  • 1/4 Pound Boiled or Baked Ham Finally Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley



Step 1

In a large skillet heat the oil until fragrant, cook the onion, gell pepper and garlic stirring until tender. Add the tomatoes and cook until heated through. Add the chick peas, chorizo and ham, reduce the heat to low, over and cook until heated through, 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with the parsley and serve hot.
