Tangy Tuna Loaf

  • 2 - 7 oz cans drained Tuna
  • 1 c. Fine Cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbls. Lemon juice
  • 1-3 oz can sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 C. Milk
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs

Step 1

In large bowl flake tuna; stir in bread crumbs, eggs, mushrooms, milk and lemon juice. Spoon mixture into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
