Step 1
Get 24 fresh large shrip in shells. Peel and devein but leave tails intact. Rinse shrip and pat try with paper towel. Thread shrimp on skewers and brsuh with sauce. Threat pineapple chunks on other skewers. Grill shrimp kabobs 5-8 minutes. Brush with sauce throughout grilling. Grill pineapple for 5 minutes. For a gas grill grill at medium heat. For sauce mix 1/2 c melted butter, 1/4 c snipped fresh cilantro, 1 thinley sliced green onion, 1 tsp fresh lime peel, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic salt.
