Pan-seared Shrimp with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- Pesto:
- 3 jumbo shrimp
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- -Garnish with shredded parmesan, roasted diced macadamia nuts and roasted diced tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup italian parsley
- 1/2 cup roasted macadamia nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, slowly adding the oil. Saute shrimp in olive oil, add pesto, then toss in cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with tomatoes, cheese and nuts. Serve with garlic toast points.
