  • 1 bottle Clam Juice
  • 3 can Minced Clams
  • 1/2 medium Onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb Bacon. chopped
  • 2 Celery Stalks, diced
  • 1 quart Half N Half
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 medium Potatoes, diced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp Constarch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter


Servings 8


Step 1

Brown bacon, onion and celery; add clams, juice, Half n Half, milk and potatoes. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Mix constarch with a small amount of the soup broth, in a separate bowl, until thickeded; add thickened broth to soup over ghigh heat until all soup reaches desired consistency.
