Broiled Barbecue Shrimp and Corn

Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 1 pound large raw shrimp
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Preheat broiler to high. Position rack about 2 inches from heat. Use scissors to trim any husk and corn silk hanging from corn. Place corn directly on oven rack and broil 2 minutes, turning once. Toss shrimp (unpeeled) with barbecue sauce and place in a single layer on a broiler pan. Place corn alongside shrimp. Broil 2 minutes, then turn corn and broil 2 minutes more. (Corn husks will char; that's OK.) Turn corn and shrimp, and broil 2 more minutes. Combine butter, lime zest and cilantro; spread on corn to serve.
