Lime Kissed Cilantro Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 c. packed baby spinach
• 1 c. packed fresh cilantro
• 1 c. canned white beans
• 1 c. diced avocado
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 lime, zested and juiced

Preparation

Step 1

In a processor, puree first five ingredients until smooth. Stir in 1 tbs. lime juice and 1 tsp, lime zest. Season with salt and pepper. serve with desired cut up vegetables.
