Zucchini Bread


Moist and delicious zucchini bread, it's flavorful on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin spice (or mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons coconut manna
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid Stevia
  • 1 1/2 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation time 25mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredient well.

Pour mixture into a generously greased 8" X 8" baking dish.

Bake for 18 minutes.
