  • 1 can (20oz) dole crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 pkg. (4 oz) jello paspberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 cn (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 med. apple, chopped small
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts.

Preparation

Step 1

drain pineapple, reserving all liquid in a 1 qt liquid measuringcup. remove 1 Tabs. of the crushed pineapple;set aside for garnish. add enough cold water to liquid to measure 3 cups, pour into large saucepan. bring to boil;remove from heat. Add gelatin;stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce, stir until well blended. (gelatin will not be smooth). pour into large bowl. refrigerat 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.

Stir in remaining pineapple, apple and walnuts, stir gently until well blended. pour into med. serving bowl.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. garnish with reserved pineapple and additional apple slices just before serving.
store leftover in refrigerate.
