Ingredients
- 4 qts Boiling water
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 4 Cloves garlic, halved
- 3 oz McCormics Pickling Spice
- 1 Beef brisket

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water & salt to boil. Add garlic, spices. Let simmer for 15 mins. Add Meat. Cover and let simmer 6 hours. Remove, cut and serve.
