Tater Tot Fish

  • 1 package (16oz) frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, or fresh cooked veggies
  • 1 pound tilapia
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 package (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • parsley


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

- preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- cook frozen veggies according to directions on package, or cook fresh veggies until soft
- place veggies on bottom of a baking dish
- place fish fillets on top of veggies
- combine soup, 1 cup cheese, 1/4 cup milk, and pepper. stir well
- spread mixture over fish fillets
- top with tater tots
- bake for about 20 mins, until fish is fully cooked
- sprinkle on remaining 1 cup of cheese
- bake 5 mins or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly
