Apple Cherry Cobbler

In a bowl, combine first four ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 1 can (21 ounces) cheery pie filling
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbs flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter, softened
New England Clam Chowder

In medium kettle, sauté bacon until almost crisp
- 2 bacon slices, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 c. peeled potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 3 cans (7 1/2 oz) minced clams
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tbs. butter
Quick and Easy Broccoli Chicken

Saute rice-vermicelli with butter in large skillet on medium heat until vermicelli is golden brown
- 1 6.9 oz package of Rice-A-Roni Chicken Flavor
- 2 tbs margarine or butter
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts halves
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Macaroni and Cheese

Boil macaroni under tender and drain thoroughly
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 cups grated cheese, sharp
- 1 cup milk
Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Slice the meat into 1 inch pieces, add the oil to the cooker and heat
- 1 Tbs. canola oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. rump roast
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 celery ribs, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 potatoes, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1-2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 1/2 --2 cups water
- 1-2 bouillon cube (optional)
Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joes

Select saute or browning on your pressure cooker cooking pot and allow to fully heat
- 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1.25 cups sweet onion diced small
- 1.25 cups green bell pepper diced small
- 2 cloves fresh garlic finely minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3.5 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1.5 cups/12 ounces tomao puree
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard seed
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
Rhubarb Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Butter 8-inch baking dish or casserole
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh, sliced rhubarb (sliced 1/4 in thick)
- Topping
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter, softened
Cider Wassail

- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
- Dash ground cinnamon
- Dash ground cloves

- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed

Melt margarine; blend in flour, salt and pepper
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cup cubed chicken
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1 cup cooked carrots
- 1 can biscuits
