Upside Down Cherry Cobbler

Cream together 1/2 cup sugar and butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 (303) can red sour cherries, water packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
Quick spaghetti Sauce

Add all the ingredients together and stir
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbs. dried onion
- 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 1 15 oz can of tomato puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Cheesy Garlic Potato Gratin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold or other yellow-flesh potatoes
- 1/3 sliced green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
Cheese and Bacon Potatoes

Place bacon in cold skillet
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced with skins on
- 1 1/2 (6 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
Meatloaf-in-the-Round

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meat, 1 cup cheese, bread crumbs, egg, celery, onion and seasonings; mix lightly
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup (8 oz can) tomato sauce
Broccoli Rice Casserole

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter for 3-5 minutes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 jar (8 ounces) process cheese sauce
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
- 3 cups cooked rice
Southwest Black Bean Chicken and Rice

Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium high heat
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbs. chili powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped (15 ounce) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Berry Trifle

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the milk; set aside
- 1 4-serving-size package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 6-ounce container vanilla yogurt
- 1 10.75-ounce frozen loaf pound cake,thawed and cubed (3/4-inch cubes)
- 6 cups strawberries, quartered
- 2 cups blueberries and/or raspberries
- 1 recipe Berry sauce
M & M Super Cookies

Coarsely chop 1 1/2 cups candies, reserve remaining for decoration
- 15 oz M & M's plain or peanut chocolate candies
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
- 1 tsp vanilla
