Double-Stuffed Potatoes

Scrub potatoes; pat dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp dried chives

Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

- 5 lbs. medium russet potatoes, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half, heated
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mashed Potato Bake

Place potatoes in a saucepan; add enough water to cover
- 3 large baking potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
- 6 tbs butter, divided
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt

Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 1/2 tsp sugar in 1/4 cup warm water
- DOUGH:
- 1 pkg (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1 cup warm water, divided
- 2 tbs. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 cups flour
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- FILLING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- 4 medium to large russet potatoes
- 1 TBS butter
- 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

- 2 14-1/2 oz. cans green beans, drained
- 15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1-1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
