Quick and Easy Salmon Patties
By ksgroves
Drain salmon; set aside 2 TBSP of juice
- 1 can (15-16 oz). pink salmon
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
Easter Breakfast Casserole

This was used at the Leavenworth Presbyterian Church for Easter Breakfast
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices of bread (crusts only)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Caramel Sticky Rolls

Mix 2 cups of the flour, the sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 packages regular yeast
- 1 cup very warm milk (120 to 130 degrees)
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- Caramel topping (see below)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Filling (see below)
- 2 tbs butter, softened
- Caramel Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- Filling
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Farmer's Casserole

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
- 6 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 8 large beaten eggs
- 2 12-oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Seven-Fruit Salad

In a large bowl, combine the peaches, oranges, pineapple and pie filling
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) reduced-sugar sliced peaches, drained
- 2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Baked Apple French Toast

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 16-oz loaf French bread
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
Baked Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients together
- Topping:
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
- 2 cups diced celery
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbs chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 4 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup sliced almonds
Five Hour Beef Stew

Bake in covered casserole at 250 degrees for 5 hours
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 6 carrots, but up
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Spiced Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 1 1 cup packed brown sugar

Fruit Pizza

Place cookie dough onto a ungreased 14-inch pizza pan
- 1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup seedless red grape halves
