Homemade garlic cheese breadsticks

1. Whisk together flour, garlic salt, sugar, yeast and slowly add in water
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast
- 3/4 to 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 4 TBS salted butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups Italian shredded cheese blend
- 1/2 to 1 TBS parmesan cheese
- Parsley for garnish
- warm pizza sauce for dipping (optional)
Dinner Rolls

Dissolve yeast in warm water
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 3 1/2 --3 3/4 flour
KFC Coleslaw

Mix together all ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbs. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 8 cups finally chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
- 1/4 c. shredded carrot
- 2 tbs. minced onion
Farmer's Casserole

1. Grease 2 quart rectangular baking dish
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 3/4 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1/4 cup green onion, well chopped
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 5 lemons
- 5 limes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 4 oz. graham crackers, crushed into crumbs (about 1 cup crumbs).
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup water, for steaming
- 2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sour cream, divided
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Festive Green Bean Casserole

In a skillet, sauté the red pepper and onion in butter until tender
- 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained
- 1 can (8 oz)sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Combine butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts; set aside 2 cups of mixture
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 cup chopped nuts

Finely chop celery, carrots, and onion
- 2 celery ribs
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) minced clams, undrained
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) clam juice
- 1 cup plus 1 TBS water, divided
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
