Mexican Lasagna

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 2 # ground beef
- 1 can refried beans 16 oz
- 1 can chopped green chilies 4 ounces
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons hot salsa
- 12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
- 4 cups shredded colby monterey jack cheese
- 1 jar mild salsa (16 ozs)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can 2-1/4 ounces sliced ripe olives
- 3 green onions chopped
Panera Bread Mushroom, Spinach, and Smoked Gouda Sandwiches

1. Put mushrooms in large skillet with a splash of water
- 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 10 ounces baby spinach
- 2 scallions (white and light green parts), trimmed and chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 8 slices from Panera Bread White Whole Grain Loaf
- 1 1/4 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
Portobello "Burgers"

- 4 large portobello mushroom caps (4-1/2 inch)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 4 multi-grain sandwich rolls, split
- 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
Bacon-Cheese Pull-Aparts

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7- or 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Refrigerated Original Biscuits
- 1 (2.1-oz.) pkg. precooked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Homemade Coffee Creamer

Mix the ingredients together well
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cup milk or cream (whole, lowfat, skim, almond, soy, heavy cream, half & half etc – whatever your preference, however the more fat, the more creaminess)
- If you want really creamy creamer, use heavy cream instead of milk in your base recipe.

- 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup of Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
- 4 slices tomato
