Baked Greek Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375F In a small bowl, combine, oregano, salt, chicken base or vegetable base and black pepper
- 4 Tablespoons dried oregano
- 4 Tablespoons sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons Better Than Bouillon, vegetable base
- 1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
- 6 Tablespoons olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 12 medium size potatoes
Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up

Heat oven to 400 Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat;drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb (8 oz)Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust
Bob Wardens Pressure Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Mix all ingredients (except ribs & 1/2 cup water) in mixing bowl or large jar and mix until well blended
- 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1/2 tsp paprika & celery salt
- 1/3 Cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder & onion powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 3 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Snickers Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Crust
- 20 Oreos (Double Stuf or Regular)
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese (2 standard packages), softened to room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 13 fun size snickers, chopped (about 1.5 cups total)*
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips, optional
Graham Cracker Pie

Crust Crush crackers fine
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 C cracker crumbs (15-18 crackers crushed)
- 2 T sugar
- 1/3 C melted margarine
- Filling:
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- Mix together.
- Add:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 C milk
- For banana filling just add sliced bananas.
- For Chocolate filling Add 1 1/2 square semi swee chocolate to filling as it cools.
Roast Pork Boulanger

1. Preheat oven to 425F., Wipe pork with damp paper towels
- 5 lb pork rib roast
- 1 clove garlic, slivered
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 2 parsley sprigs
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 can condensed chicken broth, undiluted
- 3 lb medium patoes, pared and thinly siced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Cashew Chicken!!

Marinate the chicken meat with the baking soda for 15-20 minutes and then rinse the chicken thoroughly
- Ingredients:
- 1 boneless & skinless chicken breast, about 10 oz. (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashew nuts
- 1 small green bell pepper, about 4 oz. (cut into small square pieces)
- 5 slices ginger
- 1/4 onion (cut into small square pieces)
- Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine
- Sauce:
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 dashes white pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste

In a large bowl mix the hamburger, Lipton onion soup mix, peanut butter, and milk
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (yes, peanut butter.. trust me)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls (or the really soft small-sized dinner rolls from the bakery), sliced in half
- Cheese slices(you can use Kraft Singles or sliced Velveeta cheese.. we used Velveeta)
