- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grainy mustard
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound thick asparagus, trimmed

Preheat oven to 350F. Line 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 6 full graham crackers ground up)
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup unwrapped Kraft caramels, chopped (or 1/2 cup Kraft Caramel Bits)
- 3/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts
- 8 oz sweetened condensed milk (a little more than half of a standard 14 oz can)

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the onions and when they start to soften, add the garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 lb silken tofu
- 1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (8-oz) can diced water chestnuts, drained
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, reduced sodium
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped (or about 4 cups of whipped cream or cool whip)

Cake Preheat oven to 400ºF
- For the cake:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1/2 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice, mixed together and left to set for 5 minutes)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- For the fudge frosting:
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup lightly toasted walnuts (optional)
Homemade Marinara Sauce

- 1/2 Tbsp oregano
