Ham and Cheese Biscuit Pull-Apart Casserole

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 x 7 glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup cheese of choice (I used 1/2 cup fat free cheddar and 1/2 cup 2% mozzarella)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- fresh ground pepper (to taste)

- 1 teaspoon water

Slow Cooker Cube Steak with Gravy

In a medium bowl, combine soups, can of water and package mixes and mix well
- 1 1/2-2 pounds Cube Steak
- 1 package Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 package of Au Jus mix
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup, low sodium (or Cream of Mushroom Soup)
- 1 Can French Onion Soup, low sodium
- 1 Can of Water
Tex Mex Skillet Lasagna

Heat oil in a very large saute pan over medium heat
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups red enchilada sauce
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 whole wheat lasagna noodles, broken into 2 inch lengths
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped

- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 (6- to 8-inch) flour or corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces

Easy Slow Cooker Steak Pot Roast

Spray 3- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef top round steak (1 inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup julienne cut (2x1/8x1/8 inch) carrots
- 1 jar (4.5 oz)sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix (from 1-oz package)
Broccoli Cheese Cornbread Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter a 7x11 inch baking dish, then set aside
- 1 1/2 cups of steamed broccoli florets roughly chopped
- 1 7.5 oz. box of cornbread mix [I used Martha White]
- 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 6.5 oz. container of light garlic-herb cheese spread [I used Allouette]
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 stick of melted butter/margarine
- 1 medium sweet onion finely diced
Turkey & Broccoli Alfredo

Prepare the linguine according to the package directions in a 3-quart saucepan
- 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) linguine
- 1 C. fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 C. cubed cooked turkey
