Neiman Marcus Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients
- 4 cups cooked and diced chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1/2 cup purple grapes, halved
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds plus additional for garnish if desired (I bought them toasted from the store)
BBQ Cilantro Chicken Pizza

For the Sauce: Brown garlic in a little olive oil in the bottom of a sauce pan
- Sauce:
- prepared pizza dough (uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 medium can tomato sauce
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (whatever your favorite kind is)
- Toppings:
- about a handful of fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 to 3 cups of mixed cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 2 chicken breasts grilled in BBQ Sauce, then sliced
- 1 can pineapple tidbits - drained

- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese, cubed

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in the pomegranate juice, stirring vigorously
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) pomegranate juice
- 2 bottle(s)(750-milliliter) sparkling wine, chilled

- 2 cups cottage cheese (I used nonfat)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbs flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour)
- 3 Tbs cold butter, cut into small cubes (I used unsalted)
- 1/4 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 lb frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid

- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breats
- 1 (16oz) can of Chicken Broth
- 1 (16oz) can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- 1 medium bag of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
