Fat Man Delight

Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 baking pan
- for the crust
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- cheesecake layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- pudding layer
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
- 3 cups milk
- additional 8 ounce cool whip for topping
Slow Cooker Sesame Beef

In slow-cooker, arrange beef strips; pour beef broth and oyster sauce over the beef
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce*
- 1/2 –1 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Cooked rice (optional)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
South American Chicken Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350F. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 pounds rotisserie chicken,taken off the bone and shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 5 green olives with pimentos, cut into quarters
- 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 3 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup 2 percent reduced-fat milk
- 2 pinches sugar, for topping

- 2/3 cup beer
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzel
- 2 tablespoons relish (dill)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Slow Cooker Irresistible Butter Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (14-ounce) can light coconut milk
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or more, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease medium shallow oven-proof baking dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups half and half [or light cream]
- 3 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 slices day-old bread, quartered
- 1/2 cup raisins
Oven BBQ Brisket

Combine shallots, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, oregano and salt in a small bowl
- 2 medium shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 4 teaspoons smoked paprika or Hungarian paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 pounds first-cut brisket or flat-cut, trimmed of fat
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 14-ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar

- 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Several dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 small bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 small tomato, finely chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 4 thin slices American or cheddar cheese
