Pineapple Cream Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (5.1-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
Cheesy Chicken & Potato Casserole

Heat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell’s Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package (28 ounces) hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion
Homemade Amish White Bread

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- Lard (the size of an egg); you can substitute shortening here if needed
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Enough bread flour to make a soft dough (usually about 5 cups)
Easy Broccoli Casserole

Chicken Rolls

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A dash of ground pepper (about one eighth tsp)
- Shredded cheese (use desired amount)
- Bacon bits (use desired amount)
- Chives (use desired amount)
Copycat Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter (you can use more)
- 8 ounces frozen broccoli
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Bacon Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1-2 jalapenos, diced (keep the seeds for a little heat)

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 8 King's Hawaiian sandwich buns
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley for topping
