Apple Monkey Bread for a Crowd

Spray inside of a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- a few grates of fresh nutmeg or a pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 7 1/2 ounce cans refrigerated biscuits (40 biscuits total)
- 1 1/2 cups diced, peeled cooking apples
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Pork Chops Paprikash

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 C. onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1 pkg. hot cooked egg noodles
Tortilla Chip Casserole

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 4 oz baked tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 roasted red bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz lower-sodium green chile enchilada sauce
- 2.5 oz shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend (about 2/3 cup)
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
Simple Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Remove meat from bones; discard bones
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 20 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
- 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
