Roast Beef Casserole

Combine ingredients and place in 8 x 8 casserole dish
- Leftover roast beef, cut up
- 1/4 pound cheese, cubed (I just use shredded and put it on top of the casserole)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups dry noodles, cooked
- Diced green pepper, optional ( I don’t use this but I think onion would also be good in it’s place)
SLOW COOKER MOZZARELLA STUFFED MEATBALLS

Chop each cheese stick into half inch pieces (about 6-8 pieces for each cheese stick)
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 cup bread crumbs (panko or regular, Italian seasoned or plain)
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3-4 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
- marinara or alfredo sauce, for dipping

- Fruit for salad(you really can use any fruit that you like, but here are some ideas):
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel (zest)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel (zest)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 3 green kiwifruit (peeled and sliced)
- 3 bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cups red or green grapes (1 cup green grapes, 1 cup red grapes)
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh)
- 2 cups pineapple (fresh, cubed)

- 3 large potatoes
- 1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 5 ounces shaved ham, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, grated
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cream
- Salt and pepper

- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 3/4 chopped celery
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk

Blend mayonnaise, Parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, corn syrup, vinegar and garlic in a blender
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbs. light corn syrup
- 1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- Parmesan cheese shavings

- 2 bulbs fennel, diced
- 1 – 12 ounce bag cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1 orange zest
- 2 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
- 2 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup green onion

- 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
