  • 15-20 uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 8 oz frozen snap peas, thawed
  • 2-3 green onions chopped (only the green portion)
  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Juice and zest of two large limes

  • 1 cucumber peeled and diced
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1/2 c. pecans, rough chopped
  • 2 bartlet pears chopped, juiced with 1/2 of a lime

  • Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 T. chili oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 T. dried cilantro
  • 2 t. cumin

  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/4 - 1/2 t. cayene pepper (to desired heat)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3-4 T. water (to thin as desired)

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups mixed greens (I found a spicy mix)
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios
  • 1/4 cup shredded Havarati cheese, optional (I found Havarati Dill at Whole Foods)
  • 1/2 cup green grapes, sliced in half
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced

  • Juice and zest of 2 oranges
