  • 1 yellow squash, cut into half circles
  • 1 zucchini, cut into half circles
  • 1 bunch of asparagas, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • (add different or additional veggies as desired)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1 T. Veggie Bombay (or All Spice)
