Burnt Peanuts

In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, water and food coloring
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoon red food coloring
- 4 cups Spanish peanuts with skins

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup peanuts
- i cup rice krispies cereal

CROCK POT SALTY SWEET CANDY

If you don't have crackpot,melt choclate in double boiler
- 2 pounds white chocolate candy coating
- 6-ounce white chocolate baking bar
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 3 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 1/2 cups pretzel twists (broken in small pieces)
- Festive sprinkles, if desired
Mashed Cauliflower with Caramelized Onions

In a medium skillet, sauté the onions in the butter over medium-low heat until caramelized
- 1 extra large Onion; Chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Medium Cauliflower head; Chopped (about 1 pound)
- Salt; to Taste
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream(might need more)
Sugar & Snow Peas with Caviar Dipping Sauce

In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice until smooth
- 2 lbs. of snow peas and sugar peas (half and half)
- 1 2 oz. red caviar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- juice of half a lemon
- 1-1/2 cup finely chopped radishes
- 2 shallots finely chopped
Eydie Salad

Toss salad with crumble mixture, sprinkle extra crumble on top of each salad before serving
- Salad ingredients:
- Mixed Baby Greens
- Julienned Jicama
- Grape or teardrop tomatoes halved
- Coarse chunks of avocado
- Crumble mixture: (chop in cuisinart)
- Pecans and dried tart cherries or dried cranberries
- Toast in Oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes until dark brown
- Dressing (blend in cuisinart)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 heaping teaspoon Italian seasonin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Palmful of finely grated parmesan cheese
- slowly drizzle in to blend well: 1 cup safflower or canola oil
Loaded Potato Bites

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 20 ounce bag Simply Potatoes O'Brien Hash browns
- 1 egg
- 6 slices bacon-cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2-2 cups shredded mexican cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream- have extra to dip into
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375; Grease a 9×13 pan
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
