Brunch Casserole

Spread 2 tbls. soft butter over bottom and sides of a 9 X 13 casserole or baking dish
- 4 tbls. butter (softened)
- 6 slices day old white bread
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb. Oscar Meyer cooked sausage patties (found in the deli section)
- 12 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
Texas Fudge

Mix shredded cheese's together
- 8 oz. shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large can chopped green chiles
- 3 eggs
Butterfinger Delight

Mix 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into 9 x 13 pan ( make a thin crust)
- 2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter,melted
- 2 pkgs. small instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream
- 10-12 butterfingers
- 1 small container cool whip topping
Broccoli Casserole

Cook broccoli until tender - Drain & mix with soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onions, salt & pepper
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 tbs. butter;
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise.
- salt & pepper to taste

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 t. Ancho pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 oz. cayenne pepper sauce

- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls
- 1 pound shaved Black Forest ham
- 12 slices Gruyere cheese or provolone
- 1 (8 ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Hilary's Hot Black bean Salsa Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Heat oil in a large skillet
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- One medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 15 oz. cans black beans,rinsed and drained
- 1 cupcorn kernels
- 1 cup rotel,w some juices(you can use hot rotel if u like it more spicy), 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Spanish smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded low fat cheese of your choice
