Chinese Salad

Slice cabbage thin and add scallions
- 1 medium size Napa Cabbage
- 1 bunch scallions,chopped
- 4-6 tablespoons butter
- 2 3 oz. package of ramon noodles(only noodles)
- 1 package 2-1/2 oz. sliced almonds
- 4 tablespoons sesame seed
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch salt
Famous Spinach Salad

Mix first 5 ingredients well
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1-1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1-1/2 medium purple onion, sliced int thin rings
- 1 small package mushroom
- spinach leaves
- iceburg lettuce
- romaine lettuce
- (LETTUCE AMOUNT DEPENDING ON HOW MANY PEOPLE)
- 1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
- 1 bag or more extra fancy swiss grated cheese
- 1-1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 pounds bacon
White and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Heat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 stick Crisco butter-flavored solid vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup each white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips (or Andes mint pieces)
- 2 cups chopped walnuts

- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tube refrigerated Crescent Roll dough
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. flaked sea salt
- 2 tsp. Black pepper
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Position a rack in the center of the oven, and preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F if using a convection oven)
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 3-4 cups whole pecans and walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 egg white
Fiesta Chicken Dip

- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 3/4 cup medium thick and chunky salsa
