Lisa's Sinful Chocolate Candy

Melt chocolate with the butter and the sweetened condensed milk in a sauce pan
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups unsalted peanuts
- 10-1/2 oz. mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoon butter

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 MIX MELTED BUTTER WITH GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS AND PRESS DOWN IN PAN WITH A FORK
- 1 STICK MELTED BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- HANDFUL OF TOFFEE (HEATH BAR BITS)
- 1 CAN CONDENSED MILK
Summer Squash Mushroom Casserole

• In a large skillet, sauté the summer squash, zucchini, mushrooms and onion in oil until tender; drain
- 2 medium yellow summer squash, diced
- 2 zucchini, diced
- 1/2-1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil(however much needed to sauté)
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 Sour Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Chop 1 scallion and add it to the bowl of a food processor with garlic
- 2 scallion, trimmed
- 1-2 garlic cloves (depending on taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- salt and pepper to taste

Grape Jelly Meatballs

Put chili sauce and jelly in a large pot, heat until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth, stirring often
- 2 twelve oz. jars Heinz chili sauce
- 1 thirty-two oz jar grape jelly
- 1 bag meatballs ( about 80 in a bag)
SPINACH TORTELLINI TOMATO SOUP

Combine olive oil and butter in a large soup pot; place over medium heat and cook until butter is melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cans (14.5-ounces each) Italian Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
- 4 cups tomato/spaghetti sauce
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 package (12-ounces) frozen tortellini
- 1 bag (10-ounces) fresh baby spinach
- salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Banana Cake

- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed, ripe
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 2 1/8 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsps. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened;
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups icing sugar
- Garnish: Chopped Walnuts
Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Directions PREHEAT oven to 325° F
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (or your favorite nut variety such as walnuts or almonds)
