Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450° degrees
- 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons, extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh parsley
Dannon Blueberry Coffee Cake

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

Ice Cream Layer Cake

Slice the pound cake horizontally into 3 pieces
- 1 pound cake-(i used entenmann's and froze it to cut easy)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 large peanut butter cup candies, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate candies, such as M and Ms, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
- Chocolate shell ice cream sauce (the type that hardens), such as Smucker's Magic Shell, for covering the top
Crispy BAKED ‘fried’ chicken WINGS

Preheat the oven to 425. Place a rack in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet
- Ingredients:
- 24 WINGS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- salt, pepper and Garlic powder
- 5 cups cornflakes (season a little spices after you crush corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (can add more)
- 3 teaspoons paprika
Shrimp Dijon Casserole

Sauté garlic and onions in butter, until soft
- 4 cloves garlic,crushed
- 4-6 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 pounds uncooked shrimp (cleaned)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt,pepper,garlic powder
Cranberry Chocolate Chip Macaroons

- 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 1 10 oz. pineapple preserve
- 1 10 oz. apple jelly
- 1 5 oz. horseradish drained

- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
Easy New England Clam Chowder

Combine all ingredients in a pot mix well, heat and simmer
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can of new England clam chowder soup
- 1 pint milk or half and half or u can use heavy cream
- 1 can minced or chopped clams drained
- (optional chopped onion and celery)

- 1 1/4 cups plain dry breadcrumbs, divided
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese,* cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 20 cubes)
