Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Mix the undiluted soup,sour cream and chiles (with their liquid

- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 2 oz can green chiles
- 2 cups cooked chicken in bite size pieces
- chopped scallions to taste
- 1 7.5 oz bag nacho Doritos
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Berry Breakfast Pizza

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 storebought pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar, divided,
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- 2 cups mixed berries
Mushroom Onion Matzo Kugel

- 3 cups matzo farfel
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil(however much needed to cook)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Sonia's Cream Corn

In a pot, combine the first 10 ingredients
- 10 ears fresh corn, cooked and cut off the cob or 3 packages steam fresh frozen corn,or 3 cans whole kernel sweet corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon accent
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 4 oz. salted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
Chewy Gooey Flourless Chocolate Cookies

Gooey chocolate flourless cookies
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites, at room temperature (if too thick add one more egg white)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
String Beans

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent
- 1-1/2 lb fresh string beans
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
- 14 oz (1 can) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Craisin Salad

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 package romaine lettuce (I like to use romaine only)
- 1 package European blend lettuce
- 1 package feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 package craisins
- 1-1/2 cups walnuts (chopped)
- Briana’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette salad dressing (available from Publix)
Morton’s Steakhouse Shrimp Alexander

Prepare bread crumbs by combing plain bread crumbs, shallots, parsley, and garlic
- 4 ounces melted butter or margarine
- Prepared bread crumbs (see below)
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp (8-12) to the pound
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2-3 teaspoons finely minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cups milk
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 dozen eggs
- cinnamon sugar
- extra syrup on side
