Pecan Pie Rugelach-THANKSGIVUKKAH

- Dough:
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (4 oz), cut into 4 pieces
- Filling:
- 2 cups shelled pecan halves
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick), cut into 4 pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- Egg wash:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Mama's Pot Roast

In pot add all dry ingredients with about 4 cups water
- Boneless Chuck Roast(have butcher cut a nice thick piece, 2 inches or more)

In a large saucepan,bring tomatoes and broth to a boil
- 2 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 14oz. can chicken broth
- 18 basil leaves minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1-1/2 sticks butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup craisins
SMOTHERED CHICKEN

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- FOR THE CREAMED SPINACH:
- 1 large bag of spinach leaves
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T red onion, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- FOR THE SAUTEED MUSHROOMS:
- 8 ounce package of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 8-10 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T seasoned salt, like Lawry's
- 1 teaspoon pepper
