- 16 oz. cream cheeese softened
- 1 egg
- 2 medium onions chopped or (1 package chopped onion from Publix)
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms chopped finely
- green pepper, garlic, and garlic salt to taste
Orange Pecan Wild Rice

- o 1 1/4 cups chicken stock, preferably homemade
- o 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- kosher salt
- 1 cup green seedless grape, halved

- 1 PACKAGE 3.4 OZ INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
- 4 EGGS
- 3/4 CUP WATER
- 1/2 CUP OIL
- 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 1 BAG MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS(I USE 1/2)
Baked Shrimp Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 pound frozen salad shrimp, thawed
- 1/2 cup sliced scallion (green onion)
French Onion Pasta

Directions- 1- Cook pasta according to directions, set aside and keep warm

- 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows

- 3 1/2 Tbsp solid vegetable shortening
Cauliflower Mac 'n' Cheese

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 cups (12 oz) cauliflower florets
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 pound cavatappi or other curly pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of cayenne
