Ingredients

  • 7 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 C white wine
  • 3 T grated ginger
  • Sea salt
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 T shredded basil

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together garlic, ginger, oil & pinch of sea salt. Cook over mod heat til golden, @ 3 min. Pour in wine & bring to simmer; cook til reduced to 1C, @ 8 min. Add shrimp & cook, stirring constantly. Serve over sasmati rice sprinkled with basil.
