Pork Chops with Green Beans and Rice

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- 4 bone in pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups minute white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix dressing and jam with wire whisk until well blended. Brush 2 tbsp dressing mix on chops. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, place rice in center of aluminum foil; top with green beans. Bring up sides of foil to form a bowl. Gradually pour chicken broth and remaining dressing mix over beans. Double fold top ends to seal packet leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
Place chops and foil packet on grate of grill. Grill packet 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes Grill chops 20 mites or until cooked through.
